Sleep Monitoring
What exactly is sleep monitoring? The ring collects all data while you sleep, and in the morning you’ll find complete information and graphs in the app – how long you had deep sleep, how long light sleep, when you woke up, and more. Thanks to this function, you can even detect an upcoming illness – if for several days you notice irregularities in the stats, you can take preventive action in time.

How to Measure the Right Size:
Use a non-elastic string. Wrap the string around your finger, mark the meeting point on the string. Then stretch the string and place it against a ruler – the measured length shows your ring size.
