We are now adding new features that will keep you better informed about the status of your orders - from receipt and processing to the handover of the packing slip to the shipping department.

Your current settings will remain intact and will automatically transfer to the new Infoservis. You will continue to receive emails based on your current choices. If you want to take advantage of the new options, you can adjust your settings to suit your needs at any time.

Where will your emails be sent?
|
|
|
|
The default address for each user. Messages from Infoservis are sent to this email address according to your settings.
|
You can check or change it in the Contacts section.
|
|
|
A shared address for the entire company, set by the administrator in Invoicing Data. Used for notifications about orders without a designated user, for example when ordering through a merchant.
|
If not set, the companys main email address will be used.
|
|
Thanks to the new Infoservis with more options and a new design, you will always have important information at hand.
